South Korea Phoenix Park Ski Resort
Traveling to South Korea would never make us bored as there are so many great travel destination that we can chill out, just like have a ski tour to this Phoenix Park, one of the most famous ski resort in South Korea. Established in 1995 as Asia’s largest ski resort, Phoenix Park is located in scenic Kangwon province, approximately 87 miles from the city of Seoul. As additional information for you, Phoenix Park was the main location of TV drama 'Endless Love', a very popular Korean drama if you ever watch it. Many ladies cried because of this movie so make sure you prepare a box of tissue when you sit in front of your TV. Phoenix Park is one of Korea’s most outstanding ski resorts, with 13 slopes recognized by the International Ski Federation and Phoenix Park also offers a mediocre snowboard park equipped with a half pipe, tabletop, round quarter and rails, golf club cafes, ice cream parlor, shopping mall, photo shop, local specialty shops, banks, bowling alley, discotheque, singing rooms, condo, and hotel. Kangwon province is home to many tourist attractions including the Sangwonsa Temple, Herbnara Farm and Odaesan National Park. Yongpyong resort is also located nearby, offering alternative ski trails and accommodation options. The ski season at Phoenix Park runs from December to March and the resort is accessible by bus or shuttle bus from Seoul. An alternative and more convenient way of reaching the resort is by hiring a car and driving from Seoul. There is no reason for you to miss this romantic place and revive the remembrance of 'Endless Love' together with exotic romance with your dearest one then enjoy the spectacular views.
