Kenting is in the southern part of Taiwan. It is a popular beach area bordering on the tropical region of Taiwan. Don’t hesitate to rent a bike and explore the (flat) surroundings. It is famous for its beautiful beaches and lush vegetation.It features a coral reef-type topography and offers the glories of both mountains and seas as well as the beauties of lakes and plains. The unique regional features here include coral reefs, solitary mountains, ponds, sand dunes, and tropical forests. Tourists can also do a tour of Kenting flora and observe the high coral vegetation in the Sheding Nature Park, the coastal forest at Banana Bay, the coastal vegetation in Eluanbi Park, the plains vegetation at Longpan Plain, and the sandy-area vegetation at Windblown Sands. This place is truly nice and beautiful. You gotta chill out here as Kenting is famous as heaven for surfers.

Taiwan Alishan

At first I was wondered where this place located but later I found out that it was in Chiayi County, southern Taiwan. The scenery along the Alishan forestry railroad is extraordinarily beautiful, filled as it is with the attraction of nature, and it just like a magnet for huge numbers of tourists worldwide. You can get closer to nature by walking mountain trails. Then you can try to take this famous Alishan Forest Railway from Chiayi station (the old one, not the new HSR station at Taibao). For one-way, the cost is NTD$400 (about US$14) and it took around 3.5 hours. Entry to Alishan costs NT$150 per person if arriving on public transport, NT$200 if arriving by car, charged on arrival. What stuff famous from here? Hmn..I can tell enough many stuff such as sorts of mountain produce and wasabi, as well as carvings and handicrafts made from red cypress. Souvenir shops also tasty cookies and pastries, a medicinal herb reputed to give long life. The name is Japanese for "tomorrow leaf", as (according to legend) if you pluck a leaf early in the morning, a new one will replace it by the next day.

The Taipei Fine Arts Museum islocated in Yuanshan, it is the first museum of modern arts in Taiwan. The main tasks of the museum are to organize exhibitions and to collect valuable works at home and abroad. The museum also makes efforts to exchange art views and works with international art museums.he Taipei Fine Arts Museum holds regular exhibitions and works with schools to introduce art works to the students. The virtual reality art museum provides a 3D interactive environment for museum-goers. The artworks in the museum are mostly done by Taiwanese artists.The MOD system provides a digital random system by which visitors can choose DVD and tapes to watch.The Taipei Fine Arts Museum is located in Chungshan North Road in Taipei City. Taiwan Taipei Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall

The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall was built in honor of the great Dr. Sun Yat-sen. All of the seats are on the first floor and the best ones are in the first 25 rows. During intermission you may go up to the second floor to relax in the coffee shop.I like this place a lot because I really admire the history of Sun Yat-sen. You can explore the first room of the Exhibition on Dr. Sun Yat-sen features relics and calligraphy of his handwriting; Badge of the Generalissimo's Office; Letters and official documents signed by Dr. Sun; Relics of revolutionary martyrs; Manuscript of Sun Wen's Theory; Manuscript of lectures on the Principle of Democracy as revised by Dr. Sun; His draft recording the speech on the Three Principles of the People.The second room, in turn, features the Provisional Law of the Republic of China; Declaration of Kuomintang and still many more historical stuff in here. On holidays and weekends, crowds can be seen here flying kites, roller-blading, playing badminton, and jogging.The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is located in Taipei City's Renai Road. Taiwan Hsiahai City God Temple

First impression in my mind that appeared when I visited Hsiahai City God temple is it isn’t particularly large, but it has retained its original appearance for more than 100 years. The birthday of the Hsiahai City God is celebrated on the 13th day of the fifth lunar month. This is the biggest and most boisterous temple celebration in Taipei. A small but active shrine, Hsiahai Temple is often missed by tourists visiting Dihua Street because it is hemmed in on three sides by food vendors. Dedicated to the 'city god' who is believed to watch over the neighborhood, the history of this shrine is linked to the migration of Chinese people from a particular part of Fujian province on Mainland China, to Taiwan in the 19th century. There are dozens of icons and well-preserved paintings inside the temple, but most interesting is the constant trickle of worshipers and the rites conducted by Taoist priests.You can visit this temple everyday open Hours from 8am-9pm.

Taiwan Taipei City Zoo

The Taipei Zoo, sometimes referred to as the "Muzha Zoo", is a public institution affiliated to Taipei City in Taiwan. It is the most famous and a leading zoological garden in Taiwan in terms of the efforts on recreation, conservation, research and education.The zoo is divided into different sections according to the characteristics of the animals. For example, in the contact section, people can pat and hold lovely and harmless animals and poultry. In the bird section, there are 135 species and 1200 birds.. Taiwan Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall

The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Park is opened in 1987, containing not only the memorial but also the National Concert Hall and the National Theater. The park covers a space of 24 hectares, with a wide open plaza. It is surrounded by a long white wall topped with small blue tiled roof forming a long hallway which wraps around the park. Outside the wall is a sidewalk.Visitors can take the Danshui-Xindian (Tamshui-Hsintien) Line or the Beitou-Nanshi Jiao (Peitou-Nanshih Chiao) Line of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) network, and get off at the CKS Memorial Hall Station.

I've just finished my exciting tour of the National Palace Museum and, I must confess, it was an impressive intellectual and cultural achievement; I look forward to my next trip to Taiwan when I can assiduously examine this museum's exhibitions of Chinese artifacts; there is so much more to see.Taipei National Palace Museum is an art gallery and museum in Taipei City, on Taiwan containing artifacts of ancient China. You don't get confused because it isn't the same with Palace Museum located inside the Forbidden City in Beijing.The National Palace Museum in Taipei holds one of the largest collections of Chinese artifacts and artworks in the world, additionally most of the items were collected by China's ancient emperors, the event owing to which the nationalist government was able to transfer such prodigious quantities of Chinese treasures to Taiwan; leading readers to believe as though modern Taiwan were the obvious culmination of 5,000 years of continuous culture history. It is one of the greatest museums in the world in my opinion; it's a must visit for tourists in Taiwan. You can see some famous items in here such as The "One Hundred Horses", is a painting done in 1728 by Giuseppe Castiglione and the "Jadeite Cabbage" is a piece of jadeite carved into the shape of a cabbage head.

Taipei 101 is a 101-floor landmark skyscraper located in Taipei, Taiwan and is one of the world's tallest completed skyscrapers.
