Singapore Read Bridge
Later on, I continued my trip to another fun travel spot, Read Bridge.Where is it?Well,Read Bridge is a beam-structured bridge located at Clarke Quay within the Singapore River
Planning Area in Singapore. The bridge crosses the Singapore River linking Clarke Quay to Swissotel Merchant Court. The bridge was built in 1881 and completed in 1889. The bridge is opened to pedestrians and bicycles, and has been modified several times.Read Bridge is less well known in comparison to the other bridges straddling Singapore River. Today, even people passing the bridge may not know its name. How could it be?
Between Coleman Bridge dan Read Bridge, we can found many stalls selling mooncakes, chinese tea, chinese handicrafts and still many other stuffs in Mid-Autumn Festival by The River.
