Japan Hitsujiyama Park in Chichibu
Exploring the nature beauty of Moss Phlox Flowers is one of the greatest chance that I ever had with my
homey. We travel to Japan only for 3 days (because of limited budget...>.<")so we gotta planning everything well and take our time properly..But something coincidentally happened, we got the chance to see the Moss Phlox Flowers when we're visiting the Hitsujiyama Park in Chibubu, Saitama, Japan. Can you imagine how glad we were at that time? I couldn't describe it.
You can reach Chichibu by train. Two lines serve the city: Chichibu Railway Chichibu Mainline and Seibu Railway Seibu Chichibu Line. If go there by car, then two national roads, Route 140 and 299, serve the city. Route 140 connects the city to its nearest expressway interchange, Hanazono Interchange of the Kan-Etsu Expressway. The city had no road communication to Yamanashi Prefecture due to steep Okuchichibu Mountains, but the opening of the Karisaka tunnel in 1998 enabled the city to connect to Yamanashi.
The view was amazing and more than four 400.000 flowers with many kinds of colors such as pink, white and purple fulfilled the land in the holiday time which is known as 'Golden Week'. We really had a good time.
