America Lake Powell
Having a trip to Lake Powell can be unforgotten moment. You might wonder why...Hmn..It is because Lake Powell is a man-made reservoir on the Colorado River, straddling the border between Utah and Arizona. It is the second largest man-made reservoir in the United States and it is one of the world's great places for house boating, dude! The 186-mile long lake offers sandy beaches, cool blue water, and exceptional red-rock scenery. The lake's main body stretches up Glen Canyon. The lake also stretches up the Escalante River and San Juan River where they merge into the
main Colorado River.I heard that Glen Canyon National Recreation Area draws more than two million visitors annually.Wow...It is excellent for boating, skiing, kayaking and fishing. Boat or hike to the famous Rainbow Bridge (as you can see in this picture), or explore any of its many canyons or sand dunes. With a shoreline longer than the whole western coast of the continental United States, Lake Powell offers perfect adventure for everyone.
